L’équipementier télécoms chinois se rapproche de Paris en ouvrant des bureaux à Issy-les-Moulineaux. Ces locaux, d’une surface de près de 1.000 m2 accueillent environ 110 personnes sur les 250 que compte Huawei en France. Ils hébergent essentiellement les services administratifs, les départements commerciaux, marketing et support de la filiale française. Cette dernière conserve par ailleurs ses locaux de Cergy-Pontoise, où elle est installée depuis un an et où elle ouvrira à la fin du mois un centre de recherche fondamentale.
