BMC Software a décroché la première certification et le premier label « ITIL Process Compliant ».Celle-ci est la seule qui soit à la fois validée par l’Office of Government Commerce (OGC) et l’APM Group, respectivement propriétaire et bailleur officiel de licences des marques ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
